Paying your invoice

Once we’ve done work for you, we accept payment by:

  • Direct bank transfer (EFT)
  • Credit card
  • Cash, in person at any office
  • Cryptocurrency — including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana and XRP. Payment is settled to our office account in Australian dollars via RelayPay, an AUSTRAC-registered Australian crypto payment processor. A 1.95% merchant processing fee applies.

Crypto is accepted to pay an invoice we have already issued, not as money held in advance. If you’d like to pay part or all of an invoice in crypto, just let your lawyer know and we’ll send you a secure payment link. Settlement is in Australian dollars, so there’s no exchange-rate risk on our side. We verify source of funds on every payment, in line with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).
