About Law Plus Australia
A law firm built on a simple idea: legal advice should be clear, fairly priced and genuinely useful.
Our story
Law Plus Australia was founded by lawyers who kept hearing the same frustrations: legal advice that was hard to understand, bills that were hard to predict, and firms that were hard to reach. We thought there was a better way to practise law — one built around the client rather than the firm.
From our first office we have grown to four locations — Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns — by focusing on the clients big firms often overlook: small business owners, growing families and everyday Australians who need a lawyer they can actually talk to.
Today our team advises on business and commercial matters, property and conveyancing, wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, and civil disputes. We deliberately do not practise criminal law, so our focus stays where our experience is deepest.

Jing Lu
Principal Solicitor
Leads Law Plus Australia's practice across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Jing brings more than 15 years of prior executive experience in banking, finance and real estate to the firm's commercial and property law advice.
Wendy Wang
Solicitor — Sydney (Property & Conveyancing)
Leads conveyancing for the Sydney office. Wendy has more than 15 years' experience in New South Wales property law, including running her own practice, Joy Conveyancing, before joining Law Plus Australia. She has handled thousands of NSW sales and purchases — from straightforward transactions to off-the-plan and complex matters — with a focus on clear communication and a smooth path to settlement.
Aravind S K
Practice Manager
Not a lawyer, but works alongside the Principal Solicitor and legal team to ground every legal strategy in commercial and financial reality. Aravind's background spans software engineering, startups and finance, and holds active real estate and credit licences. Focuses on business restructuring, turnaround strategy and insolvency advisory — translating legal advice into practical, actionable plans for clients in distress or transition.
Credentials
Admissions and memberships
- All lawyers are admitted as solicitors of the Supreme Court of their state and hold current practising certificates.
- Registered with the Queensland Law Society, the Law Society of NSW and the Victorian Legal Services Board + Commissioner, as applicable to each office.
- The firm holds professional indemnity insurance as required under state legislation.
